When this is done, make sure to update documentation that used PlainText to escape double-brackets (also see Escaping for links and inclusions.

Also, add "See the tags already being used." to http://recentchangescamp.wagn.org/wagn/tags+*edit

Works! Checked for doc usage but none found. Closing.
