and whre is now "new card" or "add card"?

We removed it from the coded interface, since in some use cases it would just be confusing for end users. We do put an add a card link in the sidebar of default Wagn installs.

You can also create cards through the navbox, just type in the name of your new card, then when the menu pops up, click on "Add |your new card name|".
