If a +*options applies, then included plus cards are not autocompleted when you type the plus.

Edgy, but came up typing "Wagn 1.5+" in a tag here on wagn.org

if there is no *options, we want the same behavior as before, right?

Yes, without +*options things are already autompleting properly.
