permissions not respected on virtual cards+discussion

Could work around by actually adding each card, but big headache if we ever want to change them.

Happened earlier with how to make a virtual card private?. My workaround was to create the card for real each time :-P

no need, but curious - how would you hide it only for non-Rangers? inclusion in *css?

Inline style tags. Already doing this on fortzed so you don't see card menu when not logged in. don't remember where it is offhand.
