relative inclusions not showing up

On at least two Wagns, i'm creating relative inclusions on formatted cards, but they're not always showing up when looking at the main card (i.e., still seeing "Add +foo"). I've seen them show up in closed view but not open view. Sometimes they later do show up, not sure yet what triggers that, will try to nail it down more.
.
+example
Look at the related tab of Miriam Axel-Lute and you'll see that +what i do and +freestyle exist, but on her card they don't appear.
view (line) not supported for Miriam Axel-Lute
(Lew restarted Wagn and thay appeared - likely a caching problem.)
Also:
I was playing around with my user page on openmoney, and doing "Add messages" and filling i a little message, when I returned to the page the "Add" thing is still there (no content shows up) and when I click add, it gives an error: Problem with card Gerry+messages:
Name must be unique-- A card named 'Gerry+messages' already exists
Seems to be related to the way the template is included. I took out "|view card" in the template, the viewed the page, (worked) then went back and tried to add it back and got this error: Problem with card User+*template:
Content NoMethodError: undefined method `strip!' for nil:NilClass
Oops, it was view:card, and changing it back made the problem go away.
