remove type menu whenever type is specified

This works for urls like http://wagn.org/fuddyduddy?type=Basic, but the "type" param is missing from urls generated by link view even when the type directive is used.
For at least simple cards, if the only default is via *all we probably still want to show the type menu, yes?

Aroo? The generated link needs the type param. Isn't that the only issue?
Are you talking about workarounds? If so, then, yes, you could manually generate a link with type=Basic in structure cards if you wanted.
