A card in the trash can keep you from renaming a card. See example.
Created dwagn.org/trashed_card+prevents_renaming, then deleted it. When attempting to rename dwagn.org/prevents_renaming to foo+bar, it just stays prevents deleting.
(Yeah, i wrote deleting instead of renaming. Whatever. :-)
says it's still in use as a tag. hmm...
I didn't work on this specifically, but I'm having trouble reproducing it now...
