same WQL working on test but not PA

This used to work (last time i looked at Process Arts 2-3 months ago), but is now broken:

http://processarts.wagn.org/wagn/Process%2Bname8 (other uses also break, see http://processarts.wagn.org/wagn/Table_of_Contents )

http://processarts.wagn.org/wagn/name8+*rform (App Error)

http://processarts.wagn.org/card/edit/name8+*rform (this lets you see the card)

I tried to recreate it on test but it seems fine:
http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/broken_WQL_test

http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/name8+*rform

When i went directly to:
http://test.dwagn.org/card/edit/name8+*rform
...i could have sworn i got an App Error; now it's fine though?

Perhaps-related:

http://processarts.wagn.org/card/related/name8/*plusses

...shows "Community recreation facilities" as a plus card that name8 is part of.
