send staroptions to browser on Pointer edit

performance now, and we'll have to do this for More interfaces for pointers anyway, right?
+solution
When someone edits a Pointer, if there's an associated staroptions card, run its search and send the results to the browser (so the javascript doesn't have to do a call to the server to autocomplete).

On creation (in Wagn 0.12) i saw some pointers respect star-options only on the first item in the Pointer.
