Thinking about how to do it.  Maybe as additional args to "rake wagn:create" ? 

Or something in wagn.rb, maybe: System.admin_email="foo@bar.com"

My inclination is not to add any complexity to the installation process per se -- I only want to reduce that. Instead, I would like it if `rake wagn:create` produced a url with a unique key that would "unlock" the initial account creation process.
