show *new when relevant in multi-edit+discussion

the *add help setting handles this, no?

OK, I see the problem in the code. should be a quick fix.

Just to be sure, when we have a new plus card inside an old formatted card (as in, when we add a missing plus card), we want "*add help" not "*edit help", right?
