stop stripping non-alphanumeric from inclusion links+discussion

Problem is we can't really do full CGI escaping (which turns spaces into +'s) until we get rid of all that Cardname.unescape stuff, which is useful for those servers that turn spaces into plusses (it changes them back).

we've done a bunch of work on this, and the examples appear to be working. closing.
