trouble with deleting and recreating card+discussion

you don't have permission to delete, right?  so just the error is wrong?

I'm going to guess that the problem is with the "promote" plus card, and that biggest thing that needs improving is the error handling.

I made the quick change and had it so that if we don't know the correct permission, the error is that you need permission "to do that". Will improve more as we go.

Can't even try to delete it, and as you said, when I try via http://patterns.transitionresearchnetwork.org/card/delete/foobar I get "You need permission to do that."

Double-close the ticket!
