Went to http://play.dwagn.org/play/Menu while signed out and clicked to edit, and got nearly a whole Wagn page (without Sign up / Sign in links in top bar), instead of a message that I didn't have permission and an offer to sign in.
wow. we obviously haven't done enough testing not signed in.
fixed that. (coded)
