Since the Wagn 0.12 changes if you fill in information in a new card form but there is an error (eg, no card name), the form gets totally wiped.

Either we can repopulate the form, or we can make it so the form doesn't disappear in the first place (because we replace something above the card itself.  (Ethan inclines towards the latter)

Try adding a Grant App with no name.

I created a fix based on the latter-- it introduces a little bit of space above the new form, if that visual blemish is a problem I can work on it.

blemish is fixed, as are weird inner card errors, and js now jumps you to top so error won't be missed on long forms.

Tried Creating without giving a name with http://wagn.org/new/Ticket and http://wagn.org/card/new and had the same problems with both:

1. When i got the error, i was jumped up just a little, not to the top.
2. In addition to the "Name can't be blank" error, i got "+status may not contain any of the following characters: / ~ | " (+status just had the +*rform'd "open").

Kept my data on the first submission, but then when I entered the name and saved, the final card didn't have the data on it!
