I created a support ticket, and confused the "name" field with the requesters name, incorrectly assuming it would send an email. I am unable to modify the ticket to respond to requests for clarification without an account, and I cannot create an account with my name... I should probably just use a username instead. Once again, fooled by the name "name". Continuing; because it is already being used for a ticket name.
Right, by design there can only be one card with a given name on the whole system. That means anywhere I want I can refer to, say "Ideas" (with this syntax: [[Ideas]]), and it will refer to the same thing.
The problem, as you correctly identify, is that the word "name" makes a confusing label in some places. It's definitely not clear that "name" means "name of the problem"! We're going to make that configurable but (sadly) haven't yet.
I went ahead and changed the name of the support ticket, so now "Michael Clark" is available. Once you have an account, you can edit cardnames, too.
Made an account with a username instead. Now tracking down the original request...
