This needs to be connected to themes and skins. I've looked through it some, and it basically looks good, but we would be buying into their approach to all of the styles, etc.

Is themes just a synonym for skins here, or...?

I think so. current plans in this area are outlined in support skins. I should really dig into this before going too much further...
