nothing happens when signed out and trying to edit setting

Went to http://play.dwagn.org/play/finn and clicked on Options (love the menu to choose which set). When I click on any of the settings, nothing happens. I should get a message telling me I don't have permission, or something, yes?

This problem itself is solved, and now when I click on a setting, e.g. *read, it opens up as expected. When I double-click on "type:Pointer" or some places near "Anyone" I get:
Wagn::Exceptions::NotFound in CardController#edit

hmm, I think for now I just might take the double click behavior away from this one. Now that you have permissions, you'll see that as soon as you open the rule you're in edit mode if you're allowed to edit.

btw, the font changing happens when the server displays these full errors (I switched it to do that while we're testing).
