When you WQL for cards referred to by a Pointer, if you don't specify an order it would be helpful if they were returned in the same order they appear in the Pointer.
democracyinnovations - wouldn't have to klugily "update" Resource Types to reorder them when a new one is added.
This would also ease the way for building into Wagns at startup some cards that give an overview of permissions or structure. Specifically I'm thinking of a Pointer of built-in cardtypes in a sensible order that could be used to build some dashboardish cards.

I think we should drop the easyticket and trivialticket tags. They're not strongly correlated with the difficulty of implementation. Always hard to tell when you're not in the code.
