On Tickets it wouldn't make much difference, but suppose in other places listing tickets, the background of the card (including the line view of course) could be determined by color - i.e., all urgent tickets were red, high orange, medium yellow, and low green.
A thousand other possible uses...

In general, I think we should keep the default skin pretty minimal on this front, but make it possible to tweak as you like with css classes. It would already be possible to do lots with this because every card has classes that reflect its sets.
To wagneer the above status idea, we would need to be able to have additional sets based on plus card content. Def worth thinking about how that works.
Will probably turn this into an idea.
