implement initial setup for new Wagn

Ticket

+commit

Code

  1. Remove Setting code
  2. Remove Admin links from code (now done in http://en.indecks.net/wagn/Administrator_links )

Content

en.indecks.net is a Wagn of the default cards and images copied to any new Wagn.

Notes about using en.indecks.net for new Wagn installs

to be made into a TechNote ? No, effectively done in code.

  1. empty trash
  2. delete cards' history
  3. copy images as well as cards

Tracking of content needs on English (eventually we'll have de, es, etc.) is done there, at http://en.indecks.net/wagn/new

  1. One check here indicates the card exists on new, two indicates it's probably good enough to close this ticket:
  1. Delete these cards from initial setup:

Moved from move most configuration options into cards.

I think all that needs to happen here to get testing is to smooth out our deploys to new wagns on clusters so that we can repeatedly deploy to new.indecks or new.wagn or whatever.

Add "Add new card" to English sidebar? (from feedback from Connectipedia/others, and Dana saying at least three-four times, "How do i add a card?")

English: copy Cardtype+*tform to other types?

Well, TechNotes are for Lew to make notes to himself mostly, I thought. Did you have other ideas? I just meant that we needed to get those deploys working. I believe they are now.

Let's talk about the English changes tomorrow. Good thoughts.
